Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, this isn't always possible; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. The delivery time is indicated on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

After you make a purchase, we'll send you a confirmation email. This contains your order number, which you can use to check the status of your purchase. Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive another email with details about your purchase. We recommend checking your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you haven't received an email after one business day and you've checked your spam folder, please contact us immediately.

ChemicalShoppers Delivery Service
Orders placed with ChemicalShoppers in the Netherlands before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day, with the exception of the Wadden Islands due to delays caused by shipping. PostNL ensures safe and fast delivery. For orders over €50 in our webshop, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so no one can see what you've ordered. Only your delivery address is printed on the outside of the package.

Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be home on the delivery day. If you are not home, the order will be resubmitted multiple times, depending on the carrier. If you are still not home, the delivery person will try to deliver it to a neighbor or to a nearby collection point. The delivery person will always leave a note informing you of your package's location. ChemicalShoppers will deliver it to the collection point, after which you will have to collect it yourself. Deliveries generally take place Tuesday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the carrier's dependency.

Shipping and shipping costs to European countries
In the Netherlands you can choose from the following delivery options:

Mailbox parcel with track & trace, so you can follow your order, for €4.75. Orders over €50 are shipped free within the Netherlands.

In Belgium the options are:

Mailbox parcel with track & trace for €9.95. Orders over €100 are shipped free within Belgium.
