Return Policy

Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, or have been heavily used are not eligible for a full refund.

The costs and risks of the return shipment are for the account of the customer. chemicalshoppers.com is obliged to refund the paid amount, excluding return costs, within 30 days.

Cancel before shipping

As long as the order has not yet been paid, packaged, and/or shipped, it can be cancelled by sending an email to info@chemicalshoppers.com

Returns after receipt

After receiving your order and if you want to return it, you must first send an email to info@chemicalshoppers.com

You are solely responsible for the return shipping costs. The full purchase price will be refunded once Researchchemicalskopen.net has received the return.

Please note that regardless of the reason for cancellation, you must act within the statutory period. This means that you must inform chemicalshoppers.com within 14 days of receiving your order and return the product within 14 days.

Returns Policy

The amount refunded may be reduced if:

• The packaging material is not in its original condition (for example if the packaging has been opened or damaged).

If you refuse your order or do not clearly indicate that you want to use the right of withdrawal within the set period, Researchchemicalskopen.net cannot find out why the order was refused. In such cases, both the order and additional costs will be charged. You are legally obliged to inform Researchchemicalskopen.net in a timely manner of your intention to return products within the agreed period.

Returned products must be in the same condition as they left our warehouse.
